Applications are now open for the Easternwell’s Community Grants Program to support local community groups, clubs and associations to ensure they are all working together to make the communities better. The Community Grants program is one way Easternwell gives back to their communities.
The Easternwell Community Grants program was established in 2011 to provide financial and social assistance in regions where they have key operations including the Pilbara, Surat Basin and Toowoomba.
The Easternwell Community Grants program will provide funding assistance of up to $2,000 per applicant per round. They aim to support activities or opportunities which provide lasting community benefit in the areas of:
- Community
- Education
- Health
- Indigenous
- Safety
- Youth
Projects which will be positively considered for grant funding will:
- Demonstrate long lasting benefits to the community
- Enhance community operations through programs, infrastructure or equipment
- Enhance the capability of the organisation
- Be located within key areas in close proximity of Easternwell operations
