The Women’s Fund of Georgia is announcing a grant competition ” Promoting Dalken Practices * in the Feminist Movement “, which is financially supported by the Equality Fun to bring care practices and trauma -oriented teaching into the space of the feminist movement.
The program will enable women groups or women’s rights activists to carry out the following interventions:
- Creating safe: harmonious spaces for feminist activists, members of various social movements, and women human rights activists who seek and collectively seek the collective liberation of oppressed and marginalized groups.
- Creative initiatives: aimed at developing women’s movement, intercultural dialogue, solidarity and inter-movement cooperation and challenging change.
- Interventions: aimed at empowering members of the feminist movement (introducing collective care practices, enhancing digital and physical security skills, etc.)

- Trauma from generations and collective traumas;
- Dalkhena as a political strategy;
- Creating a team;
- Radical rest;
- Alternative economic systems and collective care;
- The health of feminist and stony activism;
- A culture of appreciation and appreciation;
- Political body;
- Man’s connection with nature and the wisdom of his ancestors;
- Other.
Funding Information
The maximum amount of the grant is 30,000 GEL. The duration of the projects is defined up to 10 months.
Eligibility Criteria
- Formal and informal groups of women (registered NGOs and initiative groups) can participate in the grant competition.
- Priority will be given to projects submitted by coalition and registered organizations.
- The Women’s Fund will support projects within the competition:
- Which are carried out by women
- Whose direct and ultimate beneficiaries are women.
