SEARCA launches Travel Grants Program

Applications are open for the Small Grants for Rural Communities (SGRC), administered by The Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR) to support hundreds of small communities in that time, investing millions of dollars into local projects in Australia.

The Small Grants for Rural Communities is the longest running and broadest program FRRR offers, opening twice per year.

This collaborative approach is designed to make better, targeted use of funds, improve access to philanthropy for regional communities, provide a simple application process, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Trusts and Foundations who wish to support small community organizations.

Funding Information

Grants of up to $5,000 are available for projects and activities that offer clear public benefit for communities in rural, regional or remote Australia. Priority is given to communities of 10,000 or fewer.
