The U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Moscow is accepting applications from eligible organizations of its 2017 U.S.-Russia Peer-to-Peer Dialogue Program with an aim to help foster greater contacts between Americans and Russians.
The Program will provide multiple awards, up to $100,000 each, to support unique projects centered on Russian-American, peer-to-peer collaboration, including, but not limited to, an exchange of best practices between Russians and Americans on a topic of mutual interest.
Projects must be non-political in nature and focus on Russian-American peer-to-peer dialogue or people-to-people engagement on themes of mutual interest that support greater understanding of shared values, including but not limited to the merits of inclusive societies, and may support institutional and professional development of individuals and organizations.

Eligibility Criteria
Proposals may be accepted from U.S. or Russian organizations that meet the following criteria:
- U.S. public and private non-profit organizations and academic institutions (both public and private) meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 26 USC 501(c)(3).; or
- Russian non-commercial or commercial organizations and academic institutions that are not owned or controlled by the Government of the Russian Federation.
