Apply for Department of Justice/OVW’s 2018 Research and Evaluation Initiative!

APARRI Working Group Grants: You may apply for up to $7000

Deadline: 5 March 2018

The Office on Violence Against Women (OVW), a component of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) is seeking applications from eligible organisations for a program entitled “Research and Evaluation Initiative” to research and evaluate approaches to combating domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking.

By generating more knowledge about strategies for serving victims and holding offenders accountable, communities that benefit from Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) funding will be better equipped to align their work with practices that are known to be effective, and they will be more capable of generating empirical knowledge on the efficacy of new and promising ways of doing things.
