The Northern Territory Government is seeking applications for the Quick Response Grant to support artists accessing arts and cultural opportunities that arise at short notice.
This may include costs for travel, accommodation, marketing and materials.
Objectives
- Profile: showcase and profile Northern Territory artists and arts and culture.
- Employ: employ Northern Territory artists and arts workers.
- Access: increase access and participation in arts and culture.
Funding Information
- Individuals
- Up to $1,000 per applicant per financial year.
- Up to $1,500 for travel-related activity from very remote areas (must be a resident in and travel from/to a very remote MM7 area only).
- Groups: Up to $3,000 for group applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Individual applicants must be:
- An Australian citizen or have permanent residence status.
- Over 18 years of age.
- A current resident of the NT.
- If you are an individual registered as a Sole Trader with an active ABN you should apply in GrantsNT as an Organisation.
- Individuals cannot apply for funding on behalf of another individual, unless they are supporting a person with access requirements and have evidence of consent from that person.
- If you are an individual applying for a grant over $15,000 you will need to either:
- be registered as a Sole Trader with an active ABN and apply through GrantsNT with an Organisation profile.
- apply through an Administering Body.
- Individuals applying with an Organisation profile are still considered Individuals for applicant eligibility purposes.
- Employees of the NT Government are ineligible to apply if there is a perceived or direct conflict of interest. You must declare if you are an employee of the NT Government.
