Deadline: 14-Sep-22
The Research Council, Innovation Norway and Siva (the policy instruments) are announcing up to NOK 750 million for new three-year Green Platform projects.
The aim of Green platform is to accelerate the green transition in the business world and ensure a socially economically profitable and internationally competitive Norwegian business life. They want to mobilize large and ambitious R&D projects to be carried out by consortia in actual cooperation (read more about this below).
The projects that receive support through the main call for tenders will contribute to the transition to a sustainable, competitive Norwegian business community that results in lower greenhouse gas emissions and better resource utilization in a way that ensures natural diversity and the environment.
The projects may include green restructuring of existing business and efforts that aim to lay the foundation for the emergence of new sustainable business and new green value chains. This is both about changing existing production methods and processes and about improving or developing new technology, processes, products, services or business models that contribute to turning the Norwegian business structure in a zero-emission direction.
