- Award Floor: $3,000,000
Eligibility Criteria
- Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), Public International Organizations (PIOs) and institutions of higher education currently working to combat trafficking in the Philippines and with experience working with relevant government ministries are eligible to apply.
- For-profit organizations currently working to combat trafficking in the Philippines and with experience working with relevant government ministries are also eligible to apply, but will not be allowed to generate a profit from grant-funded activities.
- Applicant organizations must have an established presence in country to be eligible for funding.
- Applicants for this funding opportunity may partner with other organizations in submitting proposal(s).
- All such applications must clearly identify the applicant, and the applicant may designate one or more partner organizations as sub- recipients.
- All mandatory terms and conditions for a successful applicant also apply to any proposed sub-grant recipients.
- Organizations currently receiving funds from the TIP Office may apply for funding under this solicitation. The eligibility requirements for applying for funds under this solicitation do not restrict applicants from receiving funds from other sources, including funding from other U.S. government offices or bureaus.
