Apply Now for UWHC’s Collective Impact Grants – U.S.

The Browning Kimball Foundation: Grant Program in the US

Deadline: 5-Feb-21

The United Way of Hall County (UWHC) is pleased to launch the Collective Impact Grants Process for the funding period of May 1, 2021 through April 30, 2022. UWHC is committed to creating lasting change with measurable improvements for those in need in Hall County.

To address community’s economic mobility challenges, 2021-2022 Collective Impact Grants will be allocated to agencies that align with Community Game Plan objectives through a competitive proposal process for a one-year grant period.

Collective impact is the commitment of a group of individuals from different sectors to a common agenda for solving a specific social problem, using a structured form of collaboration. Successful collective impact initiatives have five conditions that together produce true alignment and lead to powerful results: a common agenda, shared measurement systems, mutually reinforcing activities, continuous communication, and a backbone support organization.
