The Tasmania Government, Arts Tasmania is seeking applications for its Artsbridge Grant Program
This program supports:
- Tasmanian individuals and groups travel within Tasmania (intrastate), Australia (interstate), or overseas (international) for arts or cultural heritage opportunities.
- Tasmanian individuals, groups, and organisations to bring professionals to Tasmania for arts or cultural heritage activities (including professional development opportunities or workshops)
Funding Information

If your activity involves traveling in Tasmania (intrastate), you can apply for:
- up to $1 000 per Tasmanian artist
- up to $5 000 per group of four or more Tasmanian artists.
Activities in Tasmania must include one overnight stay outside your Local Government area.

If your activity involves traveling in Australia (interstate) or overseas (international), you can apply for:
- up to $3 000 per Tasmanian artist
- up to $10 000 per group of four or more Tasmanian artists.

If you are applying to bring arts or cultural heritage professionals to Tasmania, you can apply for:
- up to $3 000 per person
- up to $10 000 per group of four or more professionals.
What can you apply for?
- costs related to traveling in Tasmania, Australia, or overseas for arts or cultural heritage activities
- costs related to bringing professionals to Tasmania to deliver arts or cultural heritage activities
Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Artsbridge, you must be:
- an individual artist or group who has lived in Tasmania for six of the last 12 months
- an arts organisation based in Tasmania
- a cultural heritage organization based in Tasmania
Assessment Criteria

Applications will be assessed by a multi-artform panel against the criteria of:
- quality
- planning
- benefit.
