The Into Our Hands Community Foundation is seeking applications for Garry Nash & Co Community Fund – Grant Round.
Grants of up to $2,500 will be available for charitable organisations and projects that fall within the following areas of interest:
- Education
- Health and Well Being
- Housing and Homelessness
- Natural Disasters.
Funding Information
- Value of the grant for which you are applying (Maximum of $2500).
Eligible Projects
- A community event.
- A health and wellbeing project.
- An education project.
- A community support program for people experiencing the impacts of homelessness.
- Recovery/community resilience projects for areas affected by the floods and or bushfires, pandemic or other disasters.
- Non-profit and community group building or purchase of equipment/materials.
Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for a grant, proposals must be submitted by:
- Community groups or organisations that operate in the Rural City of Wangaratta.
- The project must be:
- Located or implemented in the area;
- Completed within the specified timeframe indicated in the application within 12 -18 months and a project summary update provided to Into Our Hands as to the success or otherwise; and
- Applicants need to hold Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) item 1 charitable status or have an auspice/ financial partner who does.
