The Moreton Bay Regional Council is accepting applications for the Regional Economic Development Grant Program.
The Regional Economic Development Grant Program to support community organisations in the development and implementation of initiatives that advance the Moreton Bay regional economy and align with the four pillars of the Moreton Bay Regional Economic Development Strategy:
- Leadership and Identity
- Industry Advancement
- Trade and Investment
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Funding Information
The Regional Economic Development Grant program provides funding of up to $10,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- A community organisation that applies for funding must meet the following criteria:
- be based on the Moreton Bay Region and/or can demonstrate that the proposed project will benefit residents of the Moreton Bay Region
- have $20 million public liability insurance if required by Council
- have no outstanding debts to Moreton Bay Regional Council
- have no overdue acquittals and satisfactorily accounted to council for the expenditure of any previous Council funding.
- Individuals are not eligible to apply for funding.
