Are you a non-profit organisation incorporated in Australia? Do you have an ABN? Are your revenues less than $500,000 in each of the last two financial years? Are your revenues less than $500,000 in each of the last two financial years?
If you have answered yes to all the above then congratulations, you are eligible to apply for a grant of $2,500-$10,000.
The Australian Sports Foundation is seeking applications for its G4G (GIVING4GRASSROOTS) program grants to help grow adult participation in social/community-level sports that focus on teamwork, social inclusion, and friendship.
G4G program grants up to $10,000 to community-based organisations and clubs, assisting them to fund activities and programs focused on increasing participation of local community members in sport.
There are so many benefits of community-based sports participation such as social inclusion, healthier lifestyles and the development of teamwork and leadership skills, and G4G is all about ensuring our communities can maximise the benefits of sport.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be active adults aged 18 and over who play sport.
- To be eligible one must ensure club/organisation has the best chance of receiving a grant by following the application form guidelines below:
- Applications are limited to ONE per organisation
- Ensure your application is relevant to the current G4G theme
- Be specific in your detailed breakdown on how the G4 grant would be spent
- If the grant application is to support a bigger project, make this clear
- Organisations that have previously received a grant in the 2015 or 2016 G4G grant round will not be eligible for future grants
