Bureau of INL: Promoting Literacy for Youth in Conflict

DLT4EU Open Call inviting Ambitious Teams, Leading Innovators, and Developers based in Europe

The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, is seeking applications from qualified organizations to implement a program entitled “Promote Literacy for Youth in Conflict” to work with ISNA (InsitutoSalvadoreño de Niñez y Adolescencia), an institution working with youth in conflict with the law in El Salvador, to develop a program that helps to mitigate juvenile gang participation and promote literacy and technological competency.

 The program will also create opportunities for these young people to express themselves in a constructive manner and successfully express themselves in public.
