The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs INL is seeking applications from qualified U.S. and non-U.S. based non-governmental (NGOs)/non-profit organizations or Educational Institutions for a Grant/Cooperative Agreement to implement a program entitled “Strengthening Private Sector Engagement to Counter Synthetic Drug Trafficking.”

Goals

This program will protect the health and safety of U.S. citizens by helping to secure private sector supply chains, digital platforms, and business practices from criminal exploitation, including by strengthening information sharing and fostering innovative approaches to detecting criminal activity globally, or in a specified region, in a manner that incorporates significant private sector participation.
