The United States Department of State Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) is seeking proposals from NGO’s for its NGO programs benefiting refugees and other vulnerable populations in Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Turkey.
Funding Information: The award ceiling for the program is $3,500,000
Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- International Organizations.
- International multilateral organizations, such as United Nations agencies, should not submit proposals through Grants.gov in response to this Notice of Funding Opportunity announcement.
- Multilateral organizations that are seeking funding for programs relevant to this announcement should contact the PRM Program Officer on or before the closing date of the funding announcement.

Application is a two step process:
- Concept Notes: This solicitation is the first step in a two-part process.
- Full Proposals: After reviewing concept notes, PRM will invite selected organizations to expand their submissions into full single-year (15 page) or multi-year (20 page) proposals with objectives, indicators, and detailed budgets for each year of the project.
