Building on the successful implementation of the Business Development Services (BDS) programme under Business Sector Advocacy Challenge (BUSAC) Fund Phase III, the Fund has announced a limited call for applications for support under Window 5 for the private sector and farmer-based organizations.

Window 5 of BUSAC III is a facility reserved to strengthen the capacity of Private Sector Organizations (PSOs) and Farmer Based Organizations (FBOs) to facilitate the provision of BDS to their members in response to improvements in the business environment following successful advocacy campaigns.

The Fund will consider applications from PSOs on BDS modules and topics that will improve the competitiveness and growth potentials of their members.

BUSAC Fund is a programme set-up to strengthen the advocacy capacity of private sector organisations (PSOs) in Ghana. Supported by DANIDA (lead Development Partner), USAID and the EU, BUSAC Fund phase III is expected to lead to an “improved business environment through enhanced advocacy capacity of private sector organisations and creation of platforms for private-public dialogue”.
