The City of Stirling is now accepting applications for its Business Innovation Grant 2022 – 2023 to support the local business community.
The E-Business Innovation Grants program has been developed as part of the City of Stirling’s new Economic and Tourism Development Strategy.
E-Business Innovation Grants are intended to help small business implement new methods and processes to grow and thrive.
Funding Information
- Grants of up to $5,000 per individual business will be allocated to small businesses to help them develop new innovative processes for the benefit of the business and the local economy.
- The business innovation grants for business:
- Investing in online and E-commerce activities.
- Enhanced E-Commerce activities
- Online Platform, Content and App Development
- Creative Website Design
- Software augmentations
- IT and Communication Service improvements
- Tailored support for Technology
- other activities which address the objective and scope of the Program.
- Game Development
Eligible Cities
The City includes the following suburbs – Balcatta, Balga, Carine, Churchlands, Coolbinia, Dianella, Doubleview, Glendalough, Gwelup, Hamersley, Inglewood, Innaloo, Joondanna, Karrinyup, Menora, Mirrabooka, Mount Lawley, Nollamara, North Beach, Herdsman, Osborne Park, Scarborough, Stirling, Trigg, Tuart Hill, Watermans Bay, Wembley, Wembley Downs, Westminster, Woodlands and Yokine.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to apply, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Have an Australian Business Number (ABN);
- Employ fewer than 20 employees at the time of application
- Be located within the City of Stirling municipality (business)
- Match any funding received from the City of Stirling
- The proposal is ready to begin and be completed within the current 2021/2022 financial year
