The Hamro Palo has announced a call for proposals for the Digital Advocacy on Adolescent Girls Issues.
Hamro Palo is a non-profit and non-government organization established in early 2016. The mission is to empower adolescent girls, boys, and women equipping them with skills and knowledge to create their own safe and healthy futures. They provide them with culturally sensitive services that advance adolescents’ health, safety, confidence, and leadership skills.
Hamro Palo believes in girl-led leadership and want to provide this opportunity because they believe in YOU to help them learn and highlight adolescent girls’ issues. They are looking forward to the collective action on issues you highlight.
Funding Information
You can apply for up to NPR 85,000 and grants are fully flexible to support your work as you define it.
Eligibility Criteria
- Hamro Palo is now accepting applications from Nepali women – bloggers, vloggers, journalists, writers, filmmakers, artists for the digital initiative to highlight lives of adolescent girls in various parts of Nepal. The stories could celebrate work that has made a positive impact on the lives of adolescent girls, or issues that need the attention of various stakeholders, particularly during this global pandemic.
- Nepali women below the age of 35 years can apply for this initiative. Prior experience of digital advocacy is not mandatory.
