Call for Franco-Senegalese Projects 2023

Up to INR 5 Lakhs available under Bootstrap Grant Assistance – AgHub in India

Deadline: 28-Feb-23

The French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Senegalese Ministry of Local Authorities, Planning and Regional Development (MCTADT), open the call for projects to support decentralized cooperation between local authorities French and Senegalese territories for the year 2023.

This call for projects is part of the Joint support mechanism for Franco-Senegalese decentralized cooperation created in September 2013, framed by an administrative arrangement between the two States. This system is piloted jointly, for the French part, by the Delegation for the External Action of Territorial Communities (DAECT) and the Cooperation and Cultural Action Department (SCAC) of the French Embassy in Senegal, and, for the Senegalese part, by the Ministry of Territorial Communities, Planning and Territorial Development (MCTADT).

This Joint Mechanism aims to energize and consolidate decentralized cooperation partnerships between France and Senegal. It demonstrates the desire to provide technical support to the local authorities of these two countries, for the benefit of the territories and their populations.
