Ideally, case studies should also consider examining temporary works in green infrastructure and other opportunities to build back better towards gender equality and climate action.

Regarding methodologies, the country studies should apply analytical and methodological tools that labor, institutional economics and behavioral economics provide to address the questions posed. Mixed methods are encouraged.

GRADE accepts the country studies to generate rigorous evidence and evaluation, ideally using experimental design. If restrictive and social distance measures remain, fieldwork to collect evidence for evaluation, including surveys and interviews, will be conducted using virtual channels. The studies should be designed in a way that allow to provide rapid feedback loops to implementing agencies.
