Deadline: 27-Jul-2020
The British Embassy Kyiv is inviting proposals from civil society organisations and NGOs for a project to enhance the effectiveness of Ukraine’s COVID-19 response measures by increasing accountability, oversight, and transparency, and/or strengthening participation in COVID-19 response, thereby reducing opportunities for corruption and leading to better outcomes.
In support of the UK Aid programme and the Good Governance Fund, which are helping Ukraine implement its economic, governance, and defence reform efforts, build resilience, and address the humanitarian consequences of Russian aggression in Crimea and eastern Ukraine, the British Embassy Kyiv is announcing a call for proposals.
Interventions should focus primarily on the national level, as opposed to the local-level, where the Embassy is already supporting initiatives through a prior tender.
- The British Embassy Kyiv has allocated up to £150,000 for this project, which can be awarded to one or multiple grants. Proposals should make clear the total proposed cost up to this ceiling.
- The contract is anticipated to commence by August 2020 and must end no later than 31 March 2021. There may be a possibility of an extension depending on funding arrangements for the next financial year.
