Voice is seeking proposals for Indonesia Unexpected Grant to provide flexibility for collective action of multiple groups / organizations / networks about specific unexpected opportunities.
This may affect the policy or threaten the depletion of urgent public spaces.
Funding Information
Grants proposed are 6 to 12 months with a maximum budget of EUR 100,000 or IDR 1,400,000,000.

Thematic Focus
- Improved access to productive resources (finance, land, water) and field work.
- Improved access to social services, particularly health and education.
- The development of political participation space.
Eligibility Criteria
- Members of the consortium in the Ministry’s “Dialogue and Dissent Strategic Partnership” Foreign Affairs Netherlands cannot accept Voice grants.
- Applicants or applicant coordinators (if the application is made in a consortium) legally registered as a nonprofit or organization-based civil society group communities in Indonesia. Operationally have a bank account with a name organization or community. If the group wishes to apply, especially for grants empowerment, not yet legally registered, then Voice suggest cooperating with other organizations as hosts.
- Applicants or applicant coordinators (if an application is made within the consortium) shall base in Indonesia and the proposed project will be implemented in Indonesia.
- Proposals should be implemented in at least one of the 12 provinces has been determined and cannot be outside the 12 provinces.
- The budget must be in Euro, with exchange rate conversion of IDR 14,000.
- Call for proposals are only open to organizations / coordinators applicants with total annual cash flows below EUR 500,000 or IDR 7,000,000,000.
- Applicants should be able to show that the grant submitted for Voice is not exceeds 40% of the total annual cash flow of the applicant’s organization. If it exceeds 40%, proposals are not a priority but are considered.
- Applicants should focus on at least two target groups, who experience multi- factor discrimination, and impact on at least one thematic focus.
