Deadline: 28-Apr-23
The Campbell Foundation is seeking applications for its Grant Program.
The Campbell Foundation was established in 1998 to improve the conditions of America’s largest and most ecologically diverse and productive estuary systems: the Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays. In 2003, Keith expanded the geographic focus of The Campbell Foundation to include Northern California and the San Francisco Bay watershed under the leadership of his daughter and the Foundation’s President, Samantha Campbell.
Funding Information
- They offer two unsolicited grant cycles per year. The budget for each of our cycles is $50,000. Individual grants will vary in size, but will be no greater than $25,000.
- Programs can be ongoing, but the expectation is that the funds would be expended within 12 months of receipt of the grant.
Eligibility Criteria
- To apply for a grant, start by completing the eligibility quiz. If eligible, the organization will receive instructions on how to start a proposal. They suggest bookmarking the grantee portal for easy access, should you want to save the proposal and complete it at a later time.
- This opportunity is only open to new grantees, not organizations that are current or previous grantees of The Campbell Foundation.
- They only accept unsolicited proposal requests from US-registered 501(c)3 public charitable organizations, including educational institutions and government agencies. Fiscally-sponsored projects and entities will not be considered.
