Applications for the Carrington Fellowship Program are currently open for young people who reside in Osun, Ondo and Ekiti States in Nigeria.

The Carrington Fellowship program is a community-based one-year-long professional development program for entry to mid-level professionals. Fellows develop core leadership, communication and programs management skills, improve their network, and get mentored.

This cohort is supported by the Nigeria Youth Futures Fund (NYFF) that is implemented by LEAP Africa and funded by MacArthur Foundation and Ford Foundation.
