The Centers for Disease Control Prevention (CDC), an agency of Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking applications to support and improve active surveillance of hepatitis C and B in statewide jurisdictions experiencing high rates of incident cases of HCV, HBV, or both to support implementation of testing, treatment and prevention services and activities based on surveillance data.
