CFPs: Capacity-Building Program to strengthen Civil Society Resilience

The Transatlantic Foundation (TF), in cooperation with the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation program of the German Marshall Fund of the United States is launching a dedicated call for proposals for EaP CSOs to deliver capacity-building programs aimed at enhancing the resilience of civil society entities (including exiles) in the EaP region.

The primary goal is to equip CSOs with the knowledge and tools to mitigate and navigate region-wide challenges such as but not limited to: geopolitical, related to disinformation or digital security, or to country-specific challenges such as: domestic politics, legal constraints, political culture, malign narratives, or ongoing conflicts.
