This Call for Proposals (CFP) is specifically related to the UNDP Justice Defined – Ensuring Justice for Victim-Survivors of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence in Sri Lanka project.
Expected Outcomes
- Enhanced Coordination: Strengthened coordination among service providers/Justice sector partners.
- Improved Public Understanding: Increased public understanding and awareness of available justice sector services.
- Public Trust: Higher levels of public trust and confidence in justice sector institutions and services.
- Feedback-Driven Improvements: Identification of areas for improvement based on public feedback.
- Public Engagement Strategy: Development of a Public Engagement Strategy for the justice sector as a future product.
- Strengthened Communication: Improved communication between organizations and their service beneficiaries.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 05 years of experience in carrying out projects of a similar nature with a strong presence in Badulla District with a deep understanding of the legal issues impacting the vulnerable populations.
- Organisation Commitment to Sustainability
- Organisation is a member of the UN Global Compact
- Organisation demonstrates significant commitment to sustainability through some other means (for example internal company policy documents on women empowerment, renewable energies or membership of trade institutions promoting such issues)
- Organisation actively contributes to the community to ensure gender, ethnic and language inclusivity.
Evaluation Criteria
- Sound technical proposal that includes innovative and replicable inclusion mechanisms to maximize the value transfer to the beneficiaries.
- High impact interventions directly targeting and responding to the needs established in the ToR.
- Size of budget requested commensurate with the organization’s proven administrative and financial management capacity.
- Participatory monitoring and evaluation that will contribute to building a sense of ownership among the beneficiaries to promote the sustainability of the interventions.
