CFPs to Create Awareness on The Citizens Feedback Mechanism (CFM) in Liberia

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking proposals from qualified Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to provide awareness raising on the Citizens Feedback Mechanism (CFM) in Bong, Lofa, Gbarpolu, Maryland and Margibi counties.

The awareness raising will include wide range of information and communication interventions involving the use of national and community radios, printed materials (posters, brochures, stickers) as well as social media campaigns targeting ordinary citizens in the five counties. Emphasis will be placed on innovative approaches that attracts citizens interest in the use of the system.

Accordingly, interested CSOs should design a proposal that focuses on awareness engagements with key sectors of the population (youth, women, the elderly, business community, students etc) in a tailored way that encourages them to utilize the CFM system. Awareness messages should particularly focus on the use of the web platform – especially the free SMS 2424 code that is used to submit feedbacks on service delivery.

Funding Information

A proposed budget with a ceiling of not more than USD45,000.00 linked with output and activities including justification and/or explanation.
