CFW’s Eleanor Network: Training and Stabilization Cycle (US)

The Chicago Foundation for Women (CFW) has launched the Eleanor Network for Training and Stabilization cycle that focuses on workforce development as an essential economic security initiative.

The combination of training opportunities and comprehensive support services is designed to allow women to fully participate in programming that will lead to living wage jobs with benefits–and have clear pathways for career advancement and professional development.

Priorities

CFW’s three issue areas are interconnected and they believe it requires a holistic approach:

Funding Information

Grants typically range between $35K and $75K.

Geographical Focus: Chicago South and West Side communities that are disproportionately impacted by COVID-19, job loss, poverty, and community violence.

Priority Populations: Women, girls, transgender, and gender non-binary people of color, frontline workers, single-parent headed households, immigrants, and domestic workers. Priority areas
