The City of Ashland is presently accepting proposals for its 2021 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program to fund community development projects and programs, which benefit low and moderate-income people.

To utilize CDBG funds most effectively to address Ashland’s highest priority needs, the City has limited the award of CDBG funds to fewer than three projects annually that provide or maintain housing to extremely low, low-moderate income, and special needs households or provide social services activities which address the Homeless or Special Needs Goals outlined in the City’s Consolidated Plan.
