Call for Concept Notes: Early-stage Grant Funding under Gender-Responsive Climate Finance Window

The Casa Socioambiental Fund launches this call with resources from the GAGGA Alliance (Global Alliance for Green and Gender Action) and the Global Greengrants Fund (GGF).

The GAGGA Alliance (Global Alliance for Green and Gender Action) is a collective initiative led by the organizations Fondo Centroamericano de Mujeres, Mama Cash and Both ENDS. The Alliance operates in more than 30 countries in the Global South, in partnership with socio-environmental funds, women’s funds and local organizations that know the territories and contexts that affect them. GAGGA’s goal is to promote a world where women’s rights to water, food security and a clean, healthy and safe environment are recognized and respected.

This call aims to support local and traditional communities to build resilience in the face of climate change and initiatives led by women will be prioritized, with a view to strengthening the voices, leadership and resilience of women on the frontline of climate action.
