The Coca-Cola Australia Foundation (CCAF) is seeking applications to offer grants to organisations with projects that align with the foundation’s mission.
The mission of the Coca-Cola Australia Foundation (CCAF) is to inspire moments of happiness and possibilities for young Australians.
Opportunities
There are two opportunities for charities to apply for funding, they are:
- Flagship Partners: grants to charities with a clear and measurable program addressing an issue aligned with the CCAF mission, up to $200,000 per annum for up to three consecutive years. These grants are currently fully subscribed and will not be offered in 2018.
- Employee Connected: grants to support local causes and charities connected to employees, up to $25,000 as a one-off grant.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have Deductible Gift Recipient Item 1 (DGR1) status.
- Applicant’s program must be based in Australia.
- Applicant’s program must be targeted at young people aged 13 to 19 – Coca-Cola Australia Foundation (CCAF) does not fund projects outside this age group.
- Applicant’s program must inspire moments of happiness and possibilities.
- Applicant’s program must address one or more of the areas below:
- Optimism;
- Empowerment;
- Increased possibilities for a positive life;
- Wellbeing (emotional, physical & social)
- Applicants must tell whether they are applying to CCAF as the sole funder of the project.
- Applicant’s program must commence within 12 months of the grant award.
- Applicants must not be seeking funds for:
- Activities that collect funds for subsequent redistribution to other charities or individuals.
- Purchase of land or buildings.
- Overseas appeals.
- Expeditions or overseas travels.
- Applicants must be aware and accept that this application is for a one-off grant.
- Applicants must have a Coca-Cola Amatil Australia or Coca-Cola South Pacific employee who is involved with/volunteering in their organisation to champion their project and apply along with applicants.
