The District of Columbia, Department of Health (DC Health) is requesting proposals from qualified applicants to provide services in the program and service areas.

This funding opportunity is to provide local agency services as part of the USDA Commodity Supplemental Food Program, improving food access, food environments, and food security for residents aged 60 years and above with low incomes. Organizations will focus on providing direct food distribution, enhancing systems alignment, nutrition education, promoting community engagement, and improving data collection and reporting to ensure long-term sustainability of programs.
