Democracy Development Foundation launches Sub-Grant Competition in Armenia

Small Grants for Local Actions on Global Citizenship Education and Sustainable Development (Serbia and Montenegro)

Deadline: 16-Jun-25

The Foundation for the Development of Democracy invites applications for a sub-grant from non-governmental organizations and coalitions registered and operating in the Republic of Armenia, which aim to develop community-based, people-centered, and rights-based approaches to mental health in Armenia.

Specifically, the sub-grant aims to make effective and non-discriminatory community-based services available to people with mental health problems by implementing a multidisciplinary mobile mental health pilot service in the Ararat and Shirak regions of the Republic of Armenia. The service aims to provide comprehensive psychiatric and psychosocial support services to people who do not seek psychiatric care and services or cannot receive outpatient psychiatric care and services. Effective service delivery will improve people’s quality of life and reduce hospitalizations.
