The Department of Health and Human Services National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking applications for its International Research Collaboration on Drug Abuse and Addiction Research that encourage collaborative research applications on drug abuse and addiction that take advantage of special opportunities that exist outside the United States.

The mission of the Institute is to bring the power of science to bear on drug abuse and addiction through support and conduct of research across a broad range of disciplines, and ensure rapid and effective dissemination and use of results to improve prevention, treatment, and policy.
