The National Institutes of Health (NIH), an agency of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking applications from eligible organisations for a program entitled “Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) E-learning for HAZMAT and Emergency Response” that focuses on the development of e-learning products that support the health and safety training of hazardous materials workers, emergency responders, and skilled support personnel, and supports the development of e-learning products that assist both students and instructors with a variety of delivery platforms.
