The Direct Aid Program (DAP) / Program Direct help is a financial aid program that seeks to promote the development of activities in Tunisia. It is managed by the Australian Embassy. This program aims to alleviate basic humanitarian challenges and is an integral component of Australia’s overseas development program.

The Direct Aid Program (DAP) is a small grants program funded from Australia’s aid budget.  The emphasis of the program is on alleviating basic humanitarian hardships and is an integral component of Australia’s overseas development program. It has the flexibility to work with local communities in developing countries on projects that reduce poverty and achieve sustainable development consistent with Australia’s national interest.
