The Administrator of the Administration for Community Living invites applications for new awards for fiscal year (FY) 2021 for the Disability and Rehabilitation Research Projects (DRRP) Program: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) National Network Knowledge Translation Center (ADA KT Center).

The purpose of NIDILRR’s DRRPs, which are funded through the Disability and Rehabilitation Research Projects and Centers Program, is to improve the effectiveness of services authorized under the Rehabilitation Act by developing methods, procedures, and rehabilitation technologies that advance a wide range of independent living and employment outcomes for people with disabilities, especially people with the most significant disabilities.

Priorities

The Administrator of the Administration for Community Living establishes a priority for the funding of a Disability and Rehabilitation Research Project (DRRP) to serve as the Americans with Disabilities Act National Network Knowledge Translation Center (ADA KT Center).

Under this priority, the ADA KT Center must be designed to contribute to the following outcomes:

States; public or private agencies, including for-profit agencies; public or private organizations, including for-profit organizations, IHEs; and Indian tribes and tribal organizations. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
