Doonie Fund providing Micro -Investments to Black Women Entrepreneurs in the US

Applications are now open for the Doonie Fund to provide micro -investments (under $1000) to Black women entrepreneurs regardless of business category.

It was started in 2020, by one of the most influential women in tech (Forbes, Inc, Working Mother), Kathryn Finney, to honor her grandmother, with the belief that Black women entrepreneurs know what's best for their businesses.

What are the criteria to receive funds?

The Doonie Fund investment criteria are straightforward. Potential investments have to: 

The fund is purposely frictionless as Kathryn believes that Black women know what's best for their businesses. Investments are distributed directly into the entrepreneurs' accounts, within days. Currently, you must have a verified PayPal account to receive funds.
