Grants to Support Local CSOs to Combat Hate Speech in Kosovo

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects that support the policy goal of promoting and protecting human rights in Malaysia.

DRL invites organizations to submit applications that support civil society-led efforts to promote and protect human rights in Malaysia. Competitive applicants should identify opportunities to constructively engage the Malaysian government and political stakeholders alongside membership and participation in the 2022 to 2024 term of the UNHRC. Eligibility Criteria

DRL welcomes applications from U.S.-based and foreign-based non-profit organizations/nongovernment organizations (NGO) and public international organizations; private, public, or state institutions of higher education; and for-profit organizations or businesses. DRL’s preference is to work with non-profit entities; however, there may be some occasions when a for-profit entity is best suited.
