The Dutch Jewish Humanitarian Fund (JHF) is now open to enhance Jewish Life in Central and Eastern Europe.
Objectives
The JHF supports organizations and projects directed to:
- Building up and ensuring the continuity of Jewish communities, in the field of culture, transfer of know-how and reinforcement of the immaterial infrastructure;
- Facilitating Jewish education;
- Promoting mutual respect between people.
Funding Information
- The maximum grant request shall not exceed 10,000 euros.
- The duration of the grant period has a maximum of one year.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for a JHF grant, the grant applicant must:
- be registered as an organization. Individuals cannot apply.
- NOT be established or registered in the Netherlands;
- NOT be connected to the Dutch-Jewish community in Israel;
- NOT have activities in the Netherlands.
- Rather not be an organization whose primary purpose is to disburse (in)direct grants.
- Not for local initiatives in other countries than Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), unless it is focused on CEE.
