The Embassy of Ireland is currently accepting concept notes from Vietnamese Universities, Research Institutes and Vocational Colleges for its Vietnam Ireland Bilateral Education Exchange (VIBE) Programme to foster educational co-operation between Ireland and Vietnam.

VIBE is an initiative of the Embassy of Ireland under the Irish Development Experience Sharing (IDEAS) Programme to facilitate education links between Ireland and Vietnam.

The Irish Development Experience Sharing Programme (IDEAS) was launched in 2009 to support capacity building activities by Vietnamese institutions in technical, governance, and policy development fields, by providing targeted technical and educational training together with close interaction between relevant Vietnamese institutions and their Irish counterparts.
