CDC Foundation is offering grants under “Enhancing Capacity for Community-Serving Organizations to Support HIV Self-Testing Programs” to fund an estimated 75 community-serving organizations (CSOs) working in communities within 57 priority jurisdictions identified by CDC’s Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. Initiative.

The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to expand the reach and impact of HIV SelfTesting (HIVST) programs in the U.S. by building the capacity of community-serving organizations (CSOs) focused on populations most affected by HIV.
