The Denver Foundation is pleased to invite qualified nonprofits to apply for funding from the Environmental Affinity Group.
The Environmental Affinity Group is a network of informed, engaged, and effective environmental philanthropists who identify, promote, and support outstanding environmental action on a wide range of issues in Colorado.
The group engages in collective giving, in which financial contributions made by members are pooled to fuel grantmaking to nonprofit community organizations across Metro Denver.
The Environmental Affinity Group supports environmental and conservation organizations that employ a responsive and inclusive approach to engaging communities, reaching new audiences, and encouraging action on climate change.
Funding Information
- Grants from the fund typically range from $5,000 – $15,000. The Environmental Affinity Group typically awards a total of $30,000 – $40,000 annually.
Eligibility Criteria
- Your organization must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or have a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor.
- You must operate within the SCFD seven-county Metro Denver area.
- 2021 EAG grantees are not eligible for 2022 funding.
