Environmental Justice and Climate Action Mini-grants (United States)

Deadline: 21-Jan-25

Applications are now open for the Environmental Justice and Climate Action Mini-grants offered to community- or youth-led organizations focused on improving the lives of youth with projects geared towards reducing the impacts of the climate crisis through education, direct action, or organizing.

The Multnomah Youth Commission’s Transit Equity and Environmental Advocacy committee is deeply concerned with the critical issue of climate change and its disproportionately large impact on historically marginalized people, especially low-income families and youth displaced into high-pollution areas by gentrification and infrastructure improvements within Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties.
