The EU-funded EU Trust Program, implemented by the United Nation Development Programme (UNDP) (EU-CBM 5), is pleased to announce a competition to select 12 project proposals to receive assistance in setting up or developing their own business as part of the project. The project aims to provide comprehensive support to young people (18-35 years old) in creating and developing their own business.

Activity Areas
Without specific restrictions, except:
- Financial intermediation and insurance, pawnshops;
- Real estate transactions, activities of legal consultants;
- Gambling activities;
- Sale of weapons;
- Activities in the field of wholesale and retail trade;
- Activities of production or sale of tobacco and alcohol.
Funding Information
Financial support of up to 15,000 euros will be directed to the development of new businesses (start-ups) on both banks, as well as to support existing companies through investments in new production technologies, software and services.
Eligibility Criteria
- Young people (18-35 years old) from the Security Zone;
- Registered Legal Entities, Individual Enterprises (up to 3 years of operation) wishing to reorganize or restructure operations as part of recovery actions following the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic;
- Young people who want to start a business (start-ups);
- Own contribution in the amount of at least 10% of the value of the grant received.
