Women’s Peace & Humanitarian Fund launches Call for Proposals in Lebanon

The European Commission has launched the call for proposals under the European Solidarity Corps 2022 for young people wishing to engage in solidarity activities in a variety of areas ranging from helping disadvantaged people to contributing to health and environmental action, across the EU and beyond.

This call also introduces the possibility for participants to take part in humanitarian aid operations across the globe to develop solidarity between organisations and volunteers in EU countries and people and communities outside the Union. This new strand of international projects is called the European Voluntary Humanitarian Aid Corps.

The programme offers an opportunity for young people to make a meaningful contribution to society and to gain invaluable experience and develop new skills. It is open to young people between 18 and 30 for solidarity activities addressing societal challenges and between 18 and 35 for international humanitarian aid activities.

The European Solidarity Corps supports political priorities of the EU and engages organisations and young people in projects to address them. The programme:

Funding Information

Maximum EU grant per project: 650,000 EUR.

Eligible Countries

Member States of the European Union and third countries associated to the Programme can fully take part in all the Actions of the European Solidarity Corps. In addition, some Actions are open for participation of third countries not associated to the Programme.
