Fanak Fund launches Zodeh Fund for Consolidation Grants Program

Call for Proposals: Small Scale Projects in Kurdistan Region of Iraq (2024)

Deadline: 31-Aug-20

The Fanak Fund has launched the Zodeh Fund for Consolidation Grants Program.

In the context of international mobility and exchange of artists and cultural operators, Fanak Fund is offering a funding line to consolidate artistic teams in the MiddleEast and Arab-speaking countries (including Turkey and Persian countries).
This funding line aims at consolidating cultural and artistic organisations and/or artists collectives operating in the Arab-speaking and Middle Eastern geographical zone and developing local projects (venues, networks, platforms).
The grants provided will not exceed 3000€ and can be considered as cofunding depending on the projects selected. This fund is open for organisations, artists collectives and independents cultural managers based in the Arab-speaking Middle Eastern world and who have been operating for at least two years.
The aim of this Fund is to stabilise projects in their local environment, enabling them to be recognized and develop their networking capacities. The experts and Board members of Fanak Fund will monitor the selected projects during their implementation. The funds provided must be used within two years, unless agreed otherwise.
Fanak Fund and its partners hope that this fund can serve to strengthen projects that emerge following the benefits of a travel grant and at the same time support the financial autonomy of local independent cultural initiatives.
Applications can be made in Arabic, English and French.
