FHI 360 is seeking applications for its Mobile Solutions Technical Assistance and Research Program (mSTAR), funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to support the integration of digital financial services (DFS) into digital agriculture services in Myanmar.

FHI 360’s mSTAR project is issuing this RFA to organizations in Myanmar with existing digital agriculture services to support the integration of digital financial services (DFS) into those services.

USAID’s Global Development Lab in conjunction with USAID/Burma is supporting agricultural development in Myanmar by targeting smallholder famers and farmer organizations engaged in promising agricultural value chains, bringing formal financial services to sections of society that commonly only have access to informal financial services.

This competition is open to any non-governmental, non-US organization, non-profit or for-profit entity. To be minimally eligible for funding, applicants must comply with the following conditions:
